From signing in to a Hot Wheels car at your door, in eight steps.
Sign in
Use your Google account.
Join the queue
Everyone waits in one first-come, first-served line, and you see your exact position. Keep this page open and your screen on to hold your place. If you close it or lock your phone, you keep your position but are skipped until you come back.
Your turn: 5 minutes to pay
When a box frees up and you're next, it's held for you for 5 minutes, with a countdown on screen. If the time runs out, the box goes to the next person and you can join again at the back of the line.
Pay securely
Pay the box price through Razorpay (shipping is paid separately, when you ship your car). Razorpay emails you a receipt. One box per person per drop.
Your car is picked at random
Only after your payment is confirmed, our server picks your car at random from the boxes still unsold in the drop. Every remaining car has the same chance, and nobody can choose or change it.
Open your box
Watch the reveal straight away or later. Your car is added to your Garage either way, with its details and the date you got it.
Ship it home
Whenever you're ready, enter your address. We check Delhivery delivers to your PIN code and you pay the shipping & packing fee: the same for every PIN code in India. There's no time limit: unshipped cars stay in your Garage.
Track your delivery
We pack your car and hand it to the courier. The tracking number and link appear on your order page, and our courier, Delhivery, sends you updates by WhatsApp.
Good to know
All sales are final. We refund only if we cancel your order, your parcel is lost or returned, or it arrives damaged and you report it with an unboxing video. See Refunds & cancellation and Shipping & delivery.
