Where we ship

We ship within India only, by Delhivery. When you enter your address we check that Delhivery delivers to your PIN code; if it doesn't, we tell you before you pay anything for shipping. Your car stays safe in your Garage: we check your PIN code again every day, and you can ship to another address. If Delhivery still doesn't deliver there after 5 days, we contact you to ship it by another courier for the same fee, or to refund your box.

When you pay for shipping

Shipping is a separate payment from the box. After you open your box you can ship your car whenever you like from your Garage or order page: choose an address and pay the shipping & packing fee. The fee is the same for every PIN code in India, is set for each drop, and is shown before you pay. There is no time limit: unshipped cars stay in your Garage until you ship them.

Dispatch and delivery

• We hand your order to the courier within 2 working days of your shipping payment.
• We ship by Delhivery Surface. Delivery time depends on your PIN code and is not guaranteed.
• Once your parcel is booked, its tracking number and a tracking link appear on your order page, and our courier, Delhivery, sends you tracking updates by WhatsApp.

Your address

Please check your address and mobile number before paying for shipping: once the shipping payment has started, the address on that order is locked. If it needs to change, contact us before the order is handed to the courier.

Lost, returned or damaged parcels

• Lost or never delivered: we refund everything you paid, box and shipping.
• Returned to us because of you (an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number, you couldn't be reached, or you refused it): we refund the box price only; the shipping fee is not refunded. We don't re-send returned parcels.
• Damaged in transit: report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video; see our Refunds & cancellation policy.
